Ordering
 |
Fill out order form completely. Do not forget to
include contact telephone, e-mail and fax information so we may contact
you with questions. The address should be the billing address for the
credit card you are using; using another address will delay your order. |

Orders should be placed at least 5 days prior to
arrival. Orders placed within 5 days of arrival are subject to
availability and substitution. |
 |
Same day orders will be charged an assembly fee of
$15.00 and drop off will be at our convenience, usually after 7:00pm. |
 |
You will be sent a confirmation, by e-mail or mail,
once your order has been processed. |
 |
No order will be considered confirmed until it is
paid in full. |
Pricing and Payment
 |
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and
Discover. Please write the number and expiration date clearly on the
order form. |
 |
If you choose to pay by check, please mail the order
form and the check together. We will still need a credit card in order
to confirm your order. |
 |
Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to
bank fees and a $15.00 bounced check fee. |
 |
Sheet sets include a flat top sheet, fitted bottom
sheet and pillowcases (one for twin sets, two for all others). King sets
have king pillowcases. |
 |
Towel sets include one bath towel and one face cloth.
Hand towels are priced separately. |
Cancellations and Changes
 |
All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3
days) in advance of your arrival date for a refund to be issued. |
 |
All changes to your order should be made at least 72
hours (3 days) in advance of your arrival. Changes with less notice may
delay your order delivery. |
Confirmation
 |
Once we have processed your order we will e-mail or
mail you a confirmation. Please look it over and confirm that
everything is as you want it to be and make any changes as soon as
possible. |
Pick Up and Drop Off:
 |
Linen orders will be dropped off at your real
estate agents office on the day of your arrival. Each order is
packaged in a large, clear plastic bag with your name clearly
indicated on a sheet of paper inside the bag; larger orders may
include two or three bags. Save the bag(s) and the sheet of
paper with your name for return purposes. |
 |
At the end of your stay, place all linens into the
plastic bag (you do not need to wash them) with your name visible
and return to your real estate agents office. |
 |
Please be sure to only send back the items you
ordered! Do not return any mattress pads. |
Shortages and Damage:
Inspect your order when you arrive at your rental
house. If you have shortages or have received anything damaged
or stained in error, please contact us within 24 hours. We will
do our best to replace the items as soon as possible.
Private Rentals:
Please do not use your linens for anything other than bed and
bath. If towels or sheets are returned excessively dirty or stained
with makeup, bicycle grease, tar and the like, you will be charged
for the replacement.
