Should I order in advance?
Yes, please. While we can accommodate last minute orders, we prefer that all orders be placed at least three days in advance of your arrival.
How should we place our order?
You have a couple of options.(1) You may fill out the convenient and secure online form on our website.
(2) You may print a form then fax the completed order form to us at (401) 466-8890 or mail it to P.O. Box #1557, Block Island, RI 02807.
What is included in a sheet set?
All sheet sets include a fitted bottom sheet and a flat top sheet. Twin sets come with one standard pillowcase. Full and Queen sets have two standard pillow cases. King sets include two king cases.
Where do I pick up and drop off my linens?
We work with all of the real estate offices on the island. You may pick your laundry up on arrival day by 12:00 at your real estate agent's office. On the day of your departure, simply place all of the laundry in the clear plastic bag they arrived in and drop them back at your agentís office by 11:00 a.m.
If we are not using a real estate agent how will we get our laundry?
If you are renting privately, please fill out the order form for a private rental. Include all specific directions to the house, the fire number of the house (we donít have street numbers on Block Island) and the name of the owner. We will deliver the laundry to the house on the day of your arrival and pick it up on the day of your departure for a single $25 fee ($35.00 if delivery is requested with less than three days notice).
Can we have our laundry delivered to our rental house?
Yes! We can deliver your order to your rental house on the day of your arrival and pick it up on the day of your departure, just choose the delivery option at the bottom of the order form. There is a single $25 fee for the combined delivery/pick up ($35.00 if delivery is requested with less than three days notice).
Do I need to wash the laundry before I return it?
No! We send all of our laundry off island to be laundered. There is no need for you to do laundry while you are on vacation.
What if we need to cancel our order?
If you need to cancel your order, just contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival date and we will refund your credit card.
